NOTE: This parking lot is the former site of the Neet-Nac of the 1940's and 1950's. The Community Center, is located directly across the "track" and slightly NW from the "Grandstands". In the 40's, the "track" was the "road" to the Neet-Nac, and an alternate route to Area X - now called Negishi Heights.
