YOHI  WORLD FUTURE

In late 2002 and despite our desire to keep the Yohi web site available to you forever, the survivability of it as a base for alumni to visit and learn of their history became uncertain and was in jeopardy of being lost.  The reason for that condition was 'Servers' willing to host the site on the internet for FREE [or minimal charges] were no longer willing to do so.   The site was already in debt with expenses for 2002, and we committed ourselves to continue the site through 2003 regardless to give alumni a chance to understand our plight, and react.    Expenses [debt] for 2002 was $279.50 [includes a 10 year 'domain name' costs of $69.50] -- and an additional $210.00 'server' cost was needed for 2003.  The $210.00  figure represents the present annual server cost, and is used to project out year status.

Thus this announcement was made asking alumni for assistance to keep the site available.

Within a few months after generous contributions from alumni the plight of the web site crisis began to ease.   Thank you for your support!
