CONTINGENCY PLAN

Realistically it must be recognized at this time that a 'Contingency Plan' is needed for certain actions to take place in the event I [Jim Hyatt] become unable to finish the RT selection process after this overall 'Future' announcement is published, and before the RT is in place.  That is exactly the condition which now exists and is the reason why an RT is being sought from among the alumni in the first place.

It was inevitable that at some point in time an RT was needed if the site was to continue, but it was never made known publicly.  At the moment I am not aware of a RT willing to accept the jobs under the conditions stated in the RT page.

So here are some of the factors that mandate this Contingency Plan -- NO ONE within my family [other than just myself] is able to get inside my computers and access ANY YOHI records.  For example, any hope to assemble and or re-establish the processes underway or even review funding records, CD distribution or what ever will NOT be possible [unless I do it].   In fact no one in my family will be able to even upload to the site or communicate with the TFF, or ....... even remove the site from the internet should that happen.

Further, those records mentioned are NOT available in complete form to anyone else -- no one!  It is NOT possible to share 20 years of records!

The 'condition' stated above is one of the reasons why I am now stressing the use of our TFF for this specific purpose and which is a part of this announcement -- to make as much information about this process public, so some side issues could be resolved and perhaps implemented separately by others.

Also, please keep in mind that only two alumni [other than myself] have the ability to enter into and or manage the internal workings of the web site, including it's removal -- they have substantial qualifications.

Therefore, it is imperative that I set up here and now, and make known our collective desires should this Contingency Plan be needed at any point in the various stages of this process.

The options are not listed in any particular order [priority], and although some have been discussed to some extent with those who have been part of the web site, they were never finalized -- but over the weeks ahead will be.

Iva will know our collective desires at the time, which will depend a lot on what stage of the proceedings we are at; and might include:

* Someone could be asked to remove [destroy] all web site files on the internet that represent the web site, and the funds donated to the pre-selected Yohi agency.
* Someone could be asked to continue the RT process to completion and then take what ever action results there from -- transfer to RT, or destroy the site; and donate the funds to a pre-selected Yohi agency.
* An RT [temporarily or permanently] could be selected before the scheduled RT selection process is completed and if they accept, transfer the site to them for completion ........

Legal advice is being sought, and if at any point along that process it is determined that there is a 'legal' or 'ethical' reason why the site [or the CD] should or could not be transferred, then the site [CD] will be destroyed; and in fact we reserve the right to take that action independently at any time.
