There are restrictions as to the ownership and use of the CD/DVD. By ordering and accepting the disc you agree to the following terms:

The contents of the disc are personal and private records accumulated by the owners / managers of the various sites identified on the disc. They retain ALL RIGHTS, and ownership -- not you.

The disc is being permanently loaned to you for your PERSONAL viewing ONLY on your personal computer equipment. You may not alter, loan, sell, trade, or otherwise use this disc, or ANY of it's contents, in any other way. Nor shall you allow it to be used by any one else outside your personal supervision in any way not consistent with these limitations.

You may NOT make a copy of this disc, or permit anyone else to do so.

You may if you wish download [copy] the files from the disc to the hard drive of your personal computer [special instructions are provided on the disc itself] to facilitate the viewing of the material by increasing speed and functionality. Files thus placed on your hard drive may not be used for any purpose other than your personal viewing, and that of your family -- they must remain 'as is' and as a part of the YOHI World and not used or moved elsewhere. You may NOT make a CD or DVD from the YOHI World files moved to your hard drive in accordance with this provision.

The disc has been labeled [coded] with information that identifies it to you specifically by name, along with other identifying features.

If you decide later you cannot abide by these rules you must destroy or return the disc.
